Pavo Cristatus

The Indian (or Blue) Peafowl is a large and brightly colored bird of the pheasant family native to South Asia but introduced and semi-feral in many parts of the world.
Collectively Peafowl can be referred to as a party, a muster, a pride or an ostentation.
This blog is dedicated to the ostentation that roams our neighborhood in Orangevale, California.
